Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards is the name of the agritourism that carries in itself the heart of Minho. Located in “Quinta de Codeçosa”, a family estate, dating back to 1758, between Ponte de Lima and Vila Verde, seventy hectares of a unique atmosphere are home to fifty hectares of vineyards.

A main house organizes, along with other buildings, a space of comfort and tranquillity, from which you enjoy a surrounding and unique landscape. And all this is accessed by an elegant cypress-lined entrance, between vineyards rigorously traced and laid out. We find the seven rooms of the farm, three of them suites with living room, in Casa do Lúpulo, a house built of schist.

Check-in/check-out: Check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Our team will be available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay.
We kindly ask you to let us know your estimated arrival time ahead of your stay.

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card used for the reservation.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Rest period: Guests must not make noise between 00:00 and 08:00.

3- 12 years - Extra bed: 35 € night with breakfast included

Age restriction: The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years old.

Cancellation / prepayment:
Please note that reservations may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, the amount paid will be converted into a voucher, valid for one year and redeemable towards a future stay, subject to availability. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation/prepayment for accommodation bookings during the Christmas and New Year period:
Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. A penalty of the entire stay will be charged for cancellations after this period, no-shows or early departures.
At check-in, guests will be asked to pay a deposit of €1,000, which will be returned within 5 working days after all the rooms have been checked.
