Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards is the name of the agritourism that carries in itself the heart of Minho. Located in “Quinta de Codeçosa”, a family estate, dating back to 1758, between Ponte de Lima and Vila Verde, seventy hectares of a unique atmosphere are home to fifty hectares of vineyards. A main house organizes, along with other buildings, a space of comfort and tranquillity, from which you enjoy a surrounding and unique landscape.
And all this is accessed by an elegant cypress-lined entrance, between vineyards rigorously traced and laid out. We find the seven rooms of the farm, three of them suites with living room, in Casa do Lúpulo, a house built of schist.

Booking confirmation:
To confirm your reservation, Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards requires payment of the total amount of your stay when booking.

Cancellation / prepayment:
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card used for the reservation.
We pre-authorize the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
The reservation can be canceled or changed 14 days before the arrival date, without any additional costs.
If the reservation is canceled between the 14th and the 7th day before
On arrival, the total amount of the reservation is deposited and a voucher valid for one year will be issued to be used at a later date, subject to availability.
After that period, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, or the non-acceptance of the voucher will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Children and beds - Children conditions:
All children are welcome.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
0-3 years - Cot - 20 € night with breakfast included
3- 12 years - Extra bed - 35 € night with breakfast included
