The Royal Collection

The Royal Collection is a project by Royal Prime, which seeks to create a unique space for local accommodation in Covilhã.

The building dates from the beginning of the 20th century, a time when the ceilings and walls were rich in decorative and architectural elements, in the requalification process all details were carefully maintained and restored.

The concept and the interior design were based on the mixture of vintage and contemporary elements, this fusion served as a motto to define all the decorative details. It was a project with the mission of merging the past with the present.

The Royal Collection is located in the center of the city of Covilhã near the Pillory/City Hall of Covilhã. It has as points of interest the Church of Santa Maria, Museum of Lanifícios, Museum of the cheese, Sra da Boa Estrela da Serra, Ponte da Ribeira and the Serra da Estrela.
