Quinta do Rol offers scenic accommodation in 1, 2 and 4-bedroom houses in Lourinhã. The farmhouse has a seasonal outdoor pool.

GENERAL RESERVATION POLICIES:
High season 01 April - 31 Ocotber - 3 nights stay minimum
Low season -01 January -31 March // 01-November - 31 December - 2 nights stay minimum

• Check-in from 16h & Check-out until 12h.
• Free private parking.
• We inform you that Quinta is non-smoking, however, there are several outside areas for this purpose.

Rural Tourism - Change of bed and bath linen once a week.
Cots for children (under 2 years old) are free of charge.
Child beds (2-6 years): 30 euros / day.
Beach towels available on request (12.5 euros / stay).
Laundry services are available on request (at an additional cost).
Cleaning service: 15 euros / hour.

During your stay, we can share recommendations and ideas to make the most of your time.
We are available to assist with equestrian activities and spa treatments.
Equestrian walks on the beach are not available in the bathing season between June 15 and September 15.

Quinta's products are available for purchase in our shop: local products and our interesting and award-winning wine collection.

At check-out, if the cleaning conditions of the house, especially the kitchen, are not acceptable, will be charged the value of 50 euros (cleaning services) in order to restore the house to its normal state.
Also, in case of any material data, this will be the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

Guests will be asked to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The reservation will be fully confirmed upon receipt of the amount
The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival or at the time of check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Up to 60 days before arrival - 0% of reservation confirmation deposit.
