- In case of cancellation after 72 hours before check-in, the entire reservation will be charged.
- In case of No-Show or early departure, the entire reservation will be charged.
- Any remaining amount relating to the reservation will be paid upon arrival (at check-in).
- Any additional consumption, after checking in, will be paid immediately.

Non-refundable rate:
- 100% of the reservation value will be charged (non-refundable).
- Payment of the total reservation must be made at the time of booking confirmation.
- In case of cancellation, no amount will be refunded.
