Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy corresponding to the selected rate will be respected:
  • Flexible Rate
    If cancelled up to 2 days before the check-in date, there will be no cancellation fee;
    If cancelled after this period or in case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged.
  • Non Refundable Rate
    If the reservation is cancelled the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Other Hotel Policies
  • All the daily rates shown on this website do not include the Municipal Tourist Tax. The Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) will be charged at check-in.
  • If your booking has a flexible rate the payment should be done at the hotel when checking-in. If you choose a non refundable rate the total amount of your stay will be charged after your reservation is completed.
  • At the hotel we accept the following payment methods: Cash, Debit or Credit Cards (Visa Electron, Visa Credit Card, Eurocard / Mastercard, Dinners Club, Maestro, JCB and Discover).
  • Breakfast is served everyday from 07:30h until 10:00h. Some of the available rates include the breakfast and some don't. Please check carefully when booking.
  • If your booking does not include the breakfast you can still ask at the reception desk to add this service to your booking for an additional charge of 9€ per person per day.
  • All of our rooms are for Non-Smokers only. It is prohibited to smoke inside the rooms or any other area inside the hotel. In case of non compliance there will be a penalty from 50€ up to 75€ according to the portuguese law.
  • All unpaid bookings will be garanteed and remain confirmed until 19:00h on the day of Check-In. After that time, we will not be held responsible for the availability of the rooms.
The completion of the booking means that all of the conditions and hotel policies have been accepted by the guests.
