The project of the NC Hotel, as the first hotel establishment in the county, resulted from the entrepreneurial character of a group of local individuals, in response to the need to accomodate visitors, in increasing numbers, on a stay basis.
Based on a consistent strategy for the valorization of the territory and strongly supported by the sense of commitment of those involved, the NC Hotel has managed to remodel, adapt to the times and modernize itself, which is why it was distinguished with the classification of a 4 stars hotel in 2012.

In order to better reflect the essence and future objectives of the venture, the NC Hotel undertook a restructuring of its image in 2017, the year of its 25th anniversary, which included the alteration and remodeling of its building, making it more modern , attractive and engaging, thus standing out as a hotel unit of reference in the region.

The Hotel offers cribs or extra beds upon request, limited to the existing availability, on the following conditions:
Up to 5 years old: free of charge
From 6 to 10 years old: € 12,50 / per bed / per night
11 years old +: € 25,00 / per bed / per night

Minimum age Policy:
To check-in at the hotel, guests must have a minimum age of 18 years old.
Policy to Unlock Safes:
NOVA CRUZ HOTEL is not liable for any object or document that has not been left in their custody. However, the rooms have a safe for your personal use during your stay.
In case of blockade, for 3 consecutive code errors, the safe becomes inaccessible for a period of 30 minutes. However, in an urgent situation, please contact Reception to make an exceptional manual opening, accessible only to authorized personnel. The safe may only be opened in the presence of the guest.
Consumption policy of the mini-bar:
Guest are liable for mini-bar consumption during their stay as well as for consumed items that have not been informed to the reception at check-out time. These non-declared consumptions will be charged on a later occasion.
