It has green spaces, 3 Jeirões of vines, willows and the endemic plant Azorina Vidalii, in its natural habitat. Children's playground, barbecue and private parking (bus included).

The Tourist Development located in Madalena Village, Pico Island, in a privileged seaside location, with good access, was built in a vineyard plot with four Jeirões (about 10 000 m2) and still preserves the cultivation of the same, in a traditional way.

The flats are located in a place that offers a wonderful view to the majestic mountain that lends its name to the island, to the sea where two islets stand out - the "Deitado" and the "Em Pé" - and on the horizon the island of Faial, mainly the city of Horta.
You can also see the town of Madalena, its Mother Church, its seaport and part of the island of São Jorge.
