- We do not accept non-guaranteed bookings,
- Prepayment of 50% of the reservation, at the end of the free cancellation period. Provide fiscal nunber for invoice.
- Remaining 50% paid at the hotel reception.

Cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel up to 7 days prior to the check-in date, there is no charge.
- If you cancel after 7 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. Provide fiscal nunber for invoice.

No-show fee:
- If you do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

Children conditions:
- All children are welcome.
- Children from 0 to 3 years old cot free.
- Children from 4 to 12 years old pay 50% extra bed, as long as they stay in their parents' room.
- This hotel considers children aged 13 and over as adults.
