- Please note that reception closes at 00:00, case you arrive after that time, please call to our emergency phone number 00351918787745 upon arrival or ring the bell on the front door of the reception (Bela Colina ) in order to collect the keys for your accommodation.
- Check-out: Until 11:00
- Please note that the credit card used in the reservation must be valid and presented at check-in. The holder of the credit card must be present at the time of check-in. For alternative payment methods please contact the property directly after booking, via the contacts in your booking confirmation.
- Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.
- Please note that at check-in, guests will be requested to leave a security deposit to cover any damage to the property during their stay. This can be charged to a credit card.

• 2026 Stays: 50% discount which include an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a steam room.
• 2027 Stays: 15% discount which include an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a steam room.

Access to Essential Fitness Health Club & Spa (Premium Townhouses):
2026 Stays:
• Complimentary access to the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and gym.
• 10% discount on spa treatments and massages. 
2027 Stays: 
• 50% discount which include an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a steam room.
• 15% discount on spa treatments and massages. 

- Pre-booking is required to access the Spa facilities. It’s also recommended pre-booking for other service-(Closed on 25th December).
- In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
- Internal free shuttle available subject to availability and upon pre booking .
- A car is recommendable, since Lagos and other points of interests are a short drive away.
Municipalities Fees: There is no municipal tax payment policy in place.
