Full payment must be made 30 days prior to check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking.
After this deadline, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable. Any cancellation, no-show, or modification—including changes to dates, rooms, or guests—will not be permitted and will result in a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
