Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
2. Improperly justified early check-outs will be charged in full.
3. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the amount of the first night will be charged.
4. In case of purchase of the "Special Online Rate" cancellations are not allowed.
5. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the reservation we will return the total amount of the reservation. From 15 days to 48 hours before the check-in date, in case of cancellation a voucher will be issued for the total amount of the reservation.
6. We do room upgrades, subject to our availability.
